Enquiries were received from the Foreign Liaison Office of IPMS/USA.
They would like to exchange articles with us for cooperative
re-publication. Our basic thinking is - sure, why not?, as long as
everything's attributed properly.

RT 28/5 will start mailing out tomorrow and should be concluded by the
weekend. There was some sort of glitch in the labelling software that
generated only a partial set of mailing labels. Who got temporarily
stiffed for a timely mailing will remain a closely guarded secret.
RT 28/6 is planned for mailing by the end of April 2004.
Due to some ongoing QC issues with the current
printer, we will be taking a look at getting better service for the same or
comparable money for producing RT.

For the next issue of RT, a new database setup is needed. Our crack IT

We have no more copies printed of our Luftwaffe Weapons publication. Bob

Chapter Liaison
Absent.
Jean sent out letters to those Charter Chapters who are not in compliance with
the rules, i.e., their Chapter Presidents and
Contacts are not members of IPMS Canada. We are getting feedback from
some of the groups, and steps are being taken to rectify the situation.

Another purge of really
old and excessive quantities of some back issues has taken place. If the

Special Projects
Decal sales have been brisk this month: Aces-12; P-40s-7; 1/72-2; and 24
copies of the new Mustang IV sheet have gone out in the past month.
As we are
getting close to the end of combined 1/48 & 1/72 RCAF Aces Decal Sheet,
Randy noted that there are some registration problems in the C and C1 roundels
(four in total) on the 1/72 portion of the sheet. Several
options were discussed, to be implemented after the current stack of 50
pristine sheets is exhausted.
The Mustang IV sheet will be reviewed in the March 2004 issue of SAMI.
We're making enquiries with SAM to find out if/when they'll be doing us the
kindness of a similar review.
