Membership/Circulation
We've received 59 renewals from RT 29/4, with some delinquents still waiting
to be heard from. We picked up 15 new members, with 9 of these coming
from Rick Chin (AKA Uncle Bill) in Calgary.

Marketing
Absent this evening.
Jamie received an e-mail from Dwayne Wood regarding an IPMS Canada recruiting
ad in FineScale Modeler magazine. Robin to investigate.
We discussed ways of thanking hobby shops that are 'IPMS friendly', and
thought that free advertising on the webpage for these folks would be a good
thing. The new Chapter Liaison guy will likely be our best POC for this
effort.
Review copies of RT were sent out to cyber sites at Hyperscale, Aircraft
Resource Center, and Modeling Madness.

Special Projects
Retail decal sales have been steady
this month.
The 441 Mustang III decal artwork is being prepared by Bob Migliardi. He
needs serial number style references before he can proceed.
With a large deployment of Canadian troops going to Afghanistan in February
2006, we discussed the possibility of IPMS Canada's members and Chapters
sending out graft packages (AKA donations) of modelling materials to help with
the troops relaxation during their time away from home. Steve will
investigate the procedures and report back, while this will probably be a
great 'team-building' and coordination tasking for our new Chapter Liaison
guy.
