• Retired from RCAF in 2019 after 30 years of service.  Volunteers with a local cat rescue & hosts his own sci fi modelling YouTube channel (“Scale Icons”)
• Has been building models since he was a kid in the early 70s; didn’t get around to joining IPMS Ottawa & IPMS Canada until 2020 (COVID membership!)

• Started modelling in my teens in Toronto.
• Joined IPMS Canada & St John’s Club in 1988.
• Began indexing RT after 1990 & first set of reports to website about 2002.
• Produced the Club newsletter for 15 years. 
• Retired back to Ontario in 2008. 
• Member of the Cambridge Chapter 2019-2023.

• Igor is an enigma.

• Dave Fletcher, RT’s staff cartoonist, joined IPMS Canada in January, 1969.
• He has illustrated many RT articles, mostly on trainers or support aircraft, over the years.
• He produced (and sells!) “HARVARD! The North American Trainers in Canada”.
• After 36 years in the Air Force – five flying tours, 183 missions over Bosnia – he retired with his wife Carol.
• His models are eclectic, mostly 1:48, his two real aircraft, 1:1 scale.

• Mostly build jets, 1/48 and 1/32…rarely 1/72. But I’ve been known to build other things.
